How about you stop relabeling your 4G as "5G E" trying to confuse your customers. I was a loyal DirecTV customer for almost 20 years and within a year of you buying them they turned from the best customer service organization I ever had to deal with into the horrible shadow that they are now. Nothing would make me happier than your entire company going bankrupt.

Attention don’t buy AT&T terrible service and worse customer service. Great to buy if you like devices backed by a joke of network.

So i just got off the phone with a rep from AT&T asking about accommodations for Government workers in unpaid status right now. This woman was so rude and condescending, made me want to leave the company and I’ve had AT&T for YEARS! Not only did she laugh at the fact that i still have to report to work and not get paid, when i questioned whether a courtesy would be given, should the shutdown continue past January, she got smart with me, as if my asking was absurd and far fetched. I’m so upset with this “customer service”, especially since @AT&T likes to pride themselves on catering to first responders. Well I, a first responder with the Department of Homeland Security, am NOT happy with the service, or lack there of, i just received!!! Smh #governmentShutdown

If you enjoy paying for service, using a phone that never works, and repeat 6 hour conversations then ATT is the company for you! Spent 4 hours on the phone in October for a service request to be put in and I would get a call back in 48 hours. I'm still waiting for that call back. Spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get a new phone. At the end of the call I was instructed to go to a specific store who had the phone. Went to the store which the associates had no idea what I was talking about. Called back and was connected to employees overseas that couldn't connect me with someone in the US. Finally, spoke to someone in the US who then ordered my phone but entered the incorrect delivery date. I then went out of the country with a non working phone. When arriving back to the US I went to re-schedule the delivery and ATT cancelled the order. I have now spent the last two hours trying to get the phone re-ordered but no one can find the order. Had to wait for a manager to get on the phone to discuss a credit who told me he couldn't authorize and would have to enter another service order. I acknowledged that he was going to make me wait 2 days for a phone and he asked what phone? After he was done arguing with me he stated that the original associate that I spoke with 2 hours ago can order me a phone. She then got on the phone and transferred me to the company that delivers the phone. The company then states that we would love to scheduled you but your order was cancelled and they have to create a new one. So I call ATT back again and they can't create the order because I can't verify a 6 digit pin because my phone that now officially broken.

How about you spend some of those dollars on improving your customer service. I’ve been with AT&T since 1995 even though your games with Cingular for a couple of years shows I’m only since 2005. Today I found out that you’ve been charging me for a tablet that I had stolen before a contract ended and was suspended till the end of the contract. I spoke to an associate at my local AT&T store after that contract needed to have it removed from the account and spoke to a customer service rep. That was 10 months ago. Normally it takes 1-2 billing cycles to see a change on ones account. Today I noticed it still hadn’t been taken off because 10 months ago I switched to auto-bill. So I called in thinking they would rectify the issue. The first person I spoke to and told my story had to get me to retention where I told it all over. Then they told me they had to speak to their manager to get the amount approved and restored to the account. They put me on hold and after 5-10 minutes (was on phone for almost 40 mins at this point) I got hung up on. No call back. I called back and asked for retention. The person I spoke to was rude and tried to tell me how it was and didn’t want to listen. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she transferred me to another customer service rep. I had to again explain what I was calling about and ask for a supervisor. For some reason I was not able to speak to the first person I talked to or the manager that person had talked to about my issue. I now got another retention supervisor. He listened to my explanation and said he would have to search in the history to see if he saw that I spoke to someone. If he found it “in the notes” I would receive my $200 credit $20 a month the device should have been off the account times 10 billing cycles. If not, I would receive only $60 credit. Surprise, surprise.....he didn’t find it and then asked me if I wanted him to credit the $60 and was that “ok”? No it’s not ok?!!!?!? But do I have a choice? Of course not. Contract ended over 10 months ago and device wasn’t used for well over a year as it was stolen out of our cart in a Walmart. So we kept paying monthly with it suspended because that was the more affordable option than buying out the contract. Notes were put in that I wanted it removed when contract ended and we were told we would need to call to do that or stop into an AT&T location. I did both. I want my money. AT&T you still owe me $140. Someone needs to call me about this. I took the $60 credit. I want my other $140 or you will lose a 23 year patron. There are way too many options for you guys to act like this. It ridiculous.

And here I am with no service or 1-2 bars if I’m lucky when I do get service

I pay for fiber internet and at this moment, with only two cell phones on the wireless, my tv is buffering. Incredible. At&t charges for fiber but they don’t produce what they charge for. It’s incredible. We need a new company to come along with better customer service and that do what they promise.

All this innovation all this effort to have better equipment and inferstructure while still have the worst Customer Service is just a waste of time and energy. It show little value of your customer and only value in technology. Maybe someday you will invest in your customer and customer service. Until then you are just a poor excuse for a tech company.

Worst company in the country

Another day and another chance for At&T to suck at customer service. No email again still can not return my equipment cause they SUCK at customer service. Oh Well another call to give them more rope in which to tie themselves up with. Keep up the amazing work ATT soon you will achieve no customers.

I get 'no internet available' even when my data is switched on. How is that possible? I contacted you guys in November and your rep had me reset my phone which did absolutely nothing. Where is this expansion going because as a customer I experience no internet in Oakland and Los Angeles this week.

AT&T Your salesman came into my wife's job at the VA to set up phones for her team, then convinced her that AT&T could also help with our families' personal cell phone accounts. He then came into OUR HOME before Christmas and sold me two additional phones and lines. In the meantime, he has ignored all of my calls and texts in regards to fixing billing errors on our accounts that he promised that he would take care of/correct. Multiple calls, texts have been completely ignored and we had to pay a bill 200% higher than we should have in January. We went to the AT&T store and the rep there smiled and said he is tired of hearing multiple complaints about Shad everyday. They could not address the billing issues because they said that he needed to, being he was in another department(?) They told us that they would be emailing him and his Supervisor and we should hear from someone. That was 6 days ago. Is this what I moved my families' wireless business account to? My wife is a federal employee and this comes at a terrible time for our family!!

When you have $97000 in student loans to get that job at Walmart.

Maybe it’s a business degree and he’s going be a manager over many store one day making 6 figures. Quit being mean to someone that went to college and has a job. Good for him. And he will need a degree and a masters to move up to corporate. Bunch of dumb idiots on here.

Rightttt Im sure he went to college to work at Walmart. There's probably just a limited amount of options for him and the same could be said for a lot of others in this economy. Im tired of Walmart posting things like this about their employees trying to fix their image. Your employees are still unhappy. Theyre kept under 30 hours to avoid giving benefits and many are on some form of government assistance. If you want to fix your image treat your employees better and let them share their positive experiences on THEIR terms. Not yours. You have a bad reputation as an employer for a reason. It's not just going to go away because you make some fresh out of college hire pose for a picture.

congrats guy, i have worked for walmart for 12 years, i love it, sure there are good and bad days but that is everywhere. Our store has had a few great store managers that all started out as cart pushers and moved themselves up to store managers and when they left they got great marketing jobs or went to corporate, and i don't think one of them went to college and stop being so negative about someone that is doing well and i bet in years to come he will have his own store, one thing about walmart you can advance quickly. an again congrats to you young man, your the bomb!!!!!!!! To many negative nellies out there. Also walmart has great benefits, 401k, able to buy walmart stock and quartely bonus's. what big corporation does that anymore, I love my store 4284 or i would not still be working there!!!
